Quick paths for members, visitors, and church administrators using BlessBoard.
Members and visitors
- Open Find a Church on blessboard.com and select your congregation and branch.
- On your church site, use Member Login or Register as a Member when registration is open for that branch.
- For local ministry, events, giving, or membership questions, use the Contact page on your church site — your church administrators handle those requests.
Password help (members and church staff)
Password reset is handled on your church site, not on blessboard.com itself:
- Members: after opening your branch site, use the forgot-password link on the member login page (
/forgot-passwordon your church hostname). - Branch administrators: use the forgot-password link on the branch administrator login page (
/branch/forgot-passwordon your church hostname). - HQ administrators and ministry leaders: use the forgot-password link on the corresponding login page for your church site.
Reset requests are reviewed by the appropriate church or platform administrators. If you cannot reach your church site, start again from Church Administrator Login or Find a Church.
Church administrators
- Start at Church Administrator Login on blessboard.com.
- Select your church and branch, then sign in on your branch administrator page.
- For branch operations training, use the handoff materials from your platform administrator when your church was provisioned.
