Privacy Policy

This page describes how BlessBoard handles information on blessboard.com and how that relates to individual church sites on the platform. It is an informational overview — not a substitute for counsel from your church or legal advisors.

BlessBoard.com (platform website)

When you browse blessboard.com, BlessBoard may process:

• Church finder preference. If you select a church, a cookie named bb_church_pref may store the public church and branch slugs you chose so you can return to the same selection. It does not sign you in.
• Directory search. Search terms you enter on Find a Church are used to show matching active congregations. They are not stored as a separate marketing analytics log in the directory feature.
• Contact and onboarding forms. If you submit Contact BlessBoard or Register Your Church, BlessBoard stores the details you provide (such as name, email, phone, church information, and message) together with basic submission metadata needed to review the request.

BlessBoard.com public pages do not load third-party analytics trackers. The site may load fonts from Google Fonts to display typography.

Authenticated sessions

When you sign in to a BlessBoard administrator console or a church member, leader, or admin portal, the application uses a session cookie (getpro_sid) backed by the platform database. Session cookies are intended to keep you signed in during your visit and are not used for advertising.

Church tenant sites

Each congregation on BlessBoard operates on its own church site (typically a dedicated hostname per branch). On those sites, your church may collect member registration details, public contact form messages, and authenticated portal activity according to that congregation’s own practices.

• You can clear a remembered church selection from the BlessBoard homepage or by visiting Find a Church and choosing another congregation.
